· Prints are limited edition � that means they are signed and numbered by me and will not exceed the number of prints stated in the catalogue.
· The print you are sent will be the next one in the edition � unfortunately I cannot accept requests for a certain numbered print in any edition.
· Once payment has been received your order will be processed right away � however it may take up to 14 days before you receive your order depending on where you live. If I cannot process your order right away then I will advise you of this upon receipt of your order.
· Prints will be sent via Parcelforce and will be packaged flat with care and insured.
· In the event that your prints arrive damaged please contact me immediately and definitely within 7 days of receipt with details of the damage:
1. If the mount is damaged then I will send you a new one on receipt of your complaint.
2. If the print itself is damaged then you must send it back to me using the original packaging so that I can arrange for you to receive new prints or a full refund. Damaged goods will need to be sent back to me before any action is taken.

· Your contact details will only be used for the purpose of completing the order unless you state that you would like to be added to my mailing list. Your details will not be passed to anyone else.
